Reservation Information:
- check-in 3:00-6:00 p.m. check out 10:00 a.m.
- Depending on the period, a minimum stay of 2 or 3 nights is required.
- Only children aged 6 and over are allowed.
- Pets are strictly not allowed.
- A security deposit of €100 in cash is mandatory to cover any damages caused.
- Up to 6-7 guests can be accommodated only upon request via email.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation: A full refund is applicable if canceled within 3 days of check-in. You will need to make a full payment when booking.
- Non-refundable rate: 30% deposit, balance due 14 days before check-in.
- Partially refundable rate: Minimum stay of 4 nights, 30% deposit, balance due 45 days before check-in, with a 50% deposit refund.

Romantic & Luxury Weekend All Inclusive (sauna and hammam):
- Minimum stay of 2 nights
- Non-refundable rate with full payment upon booking.
